Leaves: odd pinnately compound, winged; segments 3-5 pairs, 2-5 cm long, ovate-lanceolate, glabrous, surface greyish, waxy

Flowers: Unisexual, arranged in a compound panicular inflorescence

Flowering: March-April

Fruits: Small, rounded, red, brown or bluish

Habitat: Mountains and marginal lands in Irbid, Ajloun, Jarash, Alouk, Amman, Tafila, Shaubak, Qasr Amra and Eastern Desert
