The Ethnobotany Gardens aim to document Jordanian traditions involving the practical and cultural uses of native plants in various aspects of life. The gardens are divided into several themes, including:

  2. Dye Plants – Exploring plants used for dye production, where colors are extracted from various plant parts, including petals, stems, bark, and roots.
  3. Herbs & Spices – Highlighting plants traditionally used as herbs and spices in Jordanian cuisine.
